The measurement of the oxygen concentration was performed by Clark electrode and by oxymeter YSI Model 53 Oxygen Monitor at temperature 22 С. The oxygen solubility in 1 ml incubation medium were established as 460 ng-at (Seppet E.K. et al., 2004).
