SCUBE-ICT ( – Member of the Eastern Europe and Central Asia cluster ( National ICT Sector and Policy Appraisal Reports in Belarus / Ukraine National ICT Sector and Policy Appraisal Reports are planned to be revised so that it can support the policy dialogue with regards to the identification of critical points for attention in each country (assessment with identification of critical gaps) and suggestions for concrete steps towards tangible results in improving cooperation between each of the two nations and the EU in the ICT sector. These suggestions should address instruments for improving policy at all levels (strategic, operational) and for different target audiences (Research community, Government, Private industry) with regards to potential actions both in the target region and the EU.
