About Halloween ( on the night from 31th October till First November) Halloween is holiday of vampire bats, ghosts, witches and other evil spirits in the eve of All Hallows Evening. His story began in Britain and North France. Ancient Celtic Priest called it Samhain. It was pagan holiday, so Pope Gregory III transferred it from 13 th May to First November and changed tradition in IX Century. Halloween is holiday for Saints, who have not own holiday.

Symbol of Halloween is pumpkin head. It means the end of the harvest-carrying, evil spirit and fire, what fright evil spirit. The colors are black, orange and purple.

Celtic tradition Spirits of wildlife met in oal groves on hill, made a fire and brought oblation.

Halloween is in contemporary world 1)People make Light Pumpkins and cut terrible face for deterrence evil. The more face will be sinister, the more you can scare evil spirits. 2)Children wear frightening clothing and knock at other people's houses and shout :,,Trick or Track. People give sweets or present them.If people dont give something, children will do dirty trick.
