KGM Ozalj is apart from Zagreb only 62 km and from Slovenia 16 km.

It produces powder for construction industry, terminal mortor on base of perlit and owns a working plant for more intensive synthese. On construction areas there are some industrial plants and asphalt road surface. The firm has following infrastructure: sevage system, waterworks, fire prevention system, transformer station, telephone, roads and industrial railway tracks.

Water gaugue system is constructed under the ground with plastic tubes of abaut 2 inches. They are all connected to water gauge and measure clock to main water supply from the road Ozalj – Metlika..

Fire prevention system is also solved by plaster tubes under the ground. This system is temporarly connected to communal water system but as final sulution, we plan to construct pump- station on the banks of the river Kupa. Sevage system is solved by concrate tubes abaut 200 to 400 mm and with revision windows. Precipitetion – surface water will be solved by watery grates. Solution of electricity and telephone is done under the ground and with air water works and with our own transformer station. All open areas, as well as roads are paved with asphalt and has system of dranage of surface water.

In production KGM is using the following tehnological lines: Tehnological V – line for production of mineral protected ornemental waterproved plasters The line of thermal perlit casting Tehnological line with horisonal mixers for production of construction glues Line for production of expending perlit Hall for multy-various syntesis The firm once employed 120 employes but today there are 20 people. From the period of on this area was established a hall for production of multy-various syntesis. Capasity of production is about 200 tons per a year. The hall has area of 300 m2 industrial electricity, water and sewage.

The working premices have new reactor V=2,71m3 and another reactor INOX V=2,0m3 and 2 steal mixers about 2m3. Boiler-room has capacity of 695 kW and heating abtained by light oil. Cooling – system is abtained by changing of heating and water is used from water-power system ( is possible to use water from the river Kupa )

For transport we have our own industrial railway which is on all of our locations. KGM complex is located on beautiful green area, far from residential housing, therefore is very suitable for this kind of production. Production won't harm the enviornment eckologicly is safe, but best of all is located near the river Kupa. Stamed value of the firm is about EUR
