My native place isn t a big city, I live in one of the most beautiful districts of Republic Bashkortostan – Tatyshly. Nevertheless, there are a lot of famous people in our district. Among them you can find the names of scientists, heroes of war and labor, actors and singers, writers and poets. с.Верхние Татышлы

One can ask me : Is it possible ? I ll try to answer this question. a champion of Russia, a champion of Europe, But I d like to tell you about our countryman Kamil yanov Timerkhan Sabir yanovich. He is not a young man, but today he is a famous sportsman. He is five - time world champion, absolute champion of the 1 st world Olympiad of weights lifting masters.

Timerkhan Kamil yanov was born on 25 March, 1941, in the village of Krasnokamsk district. He came from friendly, industrious family.

He was fond of sport when he was a pupil, a student of secondary vet technical school in Sterlitamak and during his service in the Army in Saransk. He always was the winner ! He always took the 1 st place in different competitions.

He took part in chess, sprint, running, cross - country skiing, wrestling and discus throwing competitions, he always did his best to be the winner.

In summer there comes the time of Sabantui - Bashkir traditional holiday. Wrestling attracts the biggest crowd of spectators, because the competitors show their strength and skill. Timerkhan was the winner in each competition, as a rule he was awarded a prize, the top one being a ram, taken home on the winner s shoulders.

After the service in the Army he came back home. He thought : New records, new victories… But unfortunately, there was misfortune with him. He was in hospital 1.5 year with plaster, without any movements. He was given the 2 nd group of disablement. But the future champion didn t agree with this decision. Horizontal bar, long walks, running… And in a year the medical commission decided to remove his physical inability.

Every morning he does his morning exercises, runs, jumps and trains himself 3-4 hours a day in gym, doing special exercises.

At last, being a pensioner, Timerkhan Sabir yanovich takes the weights…

Firstly, Timerkhan Sabiryanovich is an example of a strong, hardworking, brave and even courageous man. He is a man of purpose. Secondly, it is a prominent person living next to us. He has a lot of big achievements, brilliant records. Thirdly, he is a role model for many boys, teenagers and the youth of our village. CONCLUSION
