Numbers rule Nom. Singular-Один час,Одна минута,двацать одна минута. Genitive singular- Два,три,четыре,двадцать четыре часа,минуты. Две минуты Genitive plural-Пять-двадцать часов,минут. Двенадцать часов,минут. Teens are genitive too!!
