If you are planning to be at SPIEs Optics & Photonics symposium in August, please return the form as soon as possible. Maxim Volynsky: Thank you very much for your message and especially for the proposal to participate in Conferences supported by SPIE. I would be happy to participate in SPIE Optics+Photonics, San Diego, in August 2008, but I am out of time, unfortunately, because of the need to issue VISA to entry the U.S. Other listed Conferences are a bit far from my main research direction with the exception of Photonics West. We will have exams in January and I would be unable to attend that time. There will be a few opportunities during the year to participate in scientific conferences in Saint Petersburg, Russia, where I plan to present my research results. I hope to participate in further conferences supported by SPIE. Pascal Barnett: Please fill in the attached form and return to me. Make sure all information is correct to avoid additional fees which will reduce your scholarship amount. If you arent sure, consult with someone at your bank.
