History/ История Buenos Aires is the capital of the Argentine Republic, of the state in the South-Eastern part of South America. The city is located at the mouth of the river La Plata on a flat plain terrain. Буэнос-Айрес столица Аргентинской Республики, государства в юго-восточной части Южной Америки. Город расположен в устье реки Ла-Платы на плоской равнинной местности.

Buenos Aires is based twice. Residents of the Argentinian capital are proud of the fact that Buenos Aires is the birthplace of the famous Argentinean tango.
