IPTX v TSP Configuration on the PC To install the Cisco IOS TSP software on a PC, these tasks must be completed: Obtain the CiscoIOSTSP1.3. zip file from cisco.com. Run the setup program that was downloaded with the.zip file. Enter the user credentials, IP address, port number, and whether a headset is being used. Restart the PC.

To install the Cisco IOS TSP, the username and port must be collected prior to installation. The status of an IP Phone TAPI integration may be viewed on the Cisco CallManager Express router. After installation, modifying the Cisco IOS TSP is accomplished through the Control Panel under Phone and Modem Options.
