We live in an incredible time of changes for the whole humanity and also our planet Earth into the different information-energetic state. We all here with the only aim - the aim of Self- improvement. The same task belongs to our planet. If we will desire so, then the forecast according the end of the world in 2012 might become the end of the ugly man and humanity activities, but not the end of all living in our planet.
Self-improvement Self-improvement consists of digestion and mastering of different life lessons. Such lessons can be both pleasant and unpleasant, but as a result the lesson should be learnt in any case and a person should thrive to the next step of self- improvement.
Humanity activity We may see with our own eyes even during the life time of one generation that our industrial activity has destroyed the place of our existence, but we still continue destroying our depths, water, mineral, biological resources – the body of planet Earth. We still continue destroying our own bodies.
We (all people) are part of our planet Earth. We and our planet Earth are created analogically.
A man has got not only physical body (head, hands, legs, inner organes, blood circulation system, endocrine glands and others), but also invisible bodies which surround the physical body. Today many people have the ability to see these bodies. There are also, expect visible physical body thin invisible body in our planet. These invisible bodies represent vibrations thinner than physical body, have their own frequency and sound as a result of it. Such music is not accessible to the low frequent human beings, but with the self-improvement the man becomes more perfect in his spiritual development, higher the frequency of their bodies` sound and change the color of their aura. The combination of human radiation creates the Conscious Field of the Earth.
There are also, expect visible physical body thin invisible body in our planet.
We were in water during the Fish epoch and swam successfully in it as on the yacht with the help of EFQM Model improvement and other similar vehicles and now we're in space, easier environment of Aquarium epoch, that's why it's necessary to have a suitable vehicle.
The last century we collected materialistic and technocratic experience, that s why the EFQM improvement Model was very affective. At present third millennium different approaches, different values, different vectors of development for all people and enterprises previously existing are required. New epoch requires the orientation change according to KNOWLEDGE about Mankind, their role in All Universe, about responsibility of every Person for everything what happens on planet Earth.

UM To climb the easier in the ladder of self- improvement, I suggest you the technique for promotion – developed by me, the Ukrainian national Model of self- improvement, short abbreviation UM. You can name it Universal Model (UM)
The basis of UM The basis of UM is a principle of conscious development
Our triple world is dual. Duality is reflected with the help of known symbol Yin-Yang (white-black, catod-anod, head-legs, left-right, man-woman, North Pole-South Pole, visible-invisible and others).
Squares are the materialistic level, circumference symbolize spiritual level. Together they represent harmony, there are DAO, Yin & Yang ( & ), aur ambivalent World. The Yin picture aspect in geometrics is shown with the help of circle (in triple vision it is a layer or sphere), and the Yang itself - the straight line or square on the space (and in triple image it is cube).
Geometrical form of the UM: ten circumferences, above ten rectangles (squares). Nine rectangles is The Model Excellence EFQM. Expect that, UM in comparison to The Model Excellence EFQM has the tenth criterion. It exists to show the results, achieved in spiritual self-improvement We open out all ten circumferences, which are projections of spirals of development, and place them so, that they go after each other round and round. We made all circumferences of the same diameter. Dark blue pointers show passing from the previous spiral of development to the following.
For comfort of work we place five circumferences of approaches at an overhead row, and next five circumferences of results place at lower row. Green and violet long pointers symbolize motion by a large spiral.
Every criterion consists of questions about our approaches for ineology development. These approaches are based on the new Mission, Vision, and system of value for the 3-d Millennium. It is a working kind UM.
UM is the tool for the advancement in new reality. And the new paradigm of society development is contained in UM. The scheme represent both approaches – materialistic and spiritual, squares and circumferences, The Model Excellence EFQM and UM, the past and future. They both represent our present. We have to learned The Model Excellence EFQM. At present we need learning approaches indicated in UM.
Value System Value System always belongs to love in all its reflections: Love to God, to the Sky, to the Earth, to Water, to Nature, to Motherland, to the Child, to the Parents, to the Native person, to the Animals, all beings in the shown and covered worlds.
values Further values: faith, hope, heartfelt heat, sense of cognation with every particle of Universe. More acquainted values: friendliness, solicitude, sympathy etc.
Mission Mission of today's progressive humanity: Create conditions for all conscious humanity transitions to the next conscious level.
Vision Future Vision –realization of transition into the next dimension.
Policy Policy, necessary for transition realization –spiritual development of every person, based on international -energetic knowledge of the unity of a person and vision.
Strategy I think that based on the idea declared, three strategic tasks might be distinguished. The first strategic task may consist in reaching balance between harmful and regenerative influence on environment of anthropogenic activity. Lets agree that by the term environment we mean the environment on worldwide scale and a man in this environment. The second strategic task may consist in reaching such state of Life on the planet when regenerative (creative) influence will evidently prevail over destructive influence. The third strategic task may consist in reaching such state of Life, when harmful influence on environment will be fully compensated, and only the processes of improvement (their efficiency, quickness of implementation, attainment of objectives etc.) will be traced.
The goal The goal of the new policy must be a conscientious, physically healthy, intellectually wealthy prosperous human society living in full harmony with surrounding nature of proper planet, as well as with the Great Universe (the Authors wording). We don't refuse the previous experience, but add something new. Our technologies and processes should be looked over and orientated from the destroying the environment to the recreation. The secret of activity is hidden in it, the material as well.
The following step The following step is a new look at the model of society, enterprise, collectiveness, Person development. Its essence is to concentrate the humanitys attention on the next level of peoples consciousness: spiritual* level, moral development. ________________ *spiritual – its not religion, it is ineology
Ineology The New Ukrainian Model (UM) contains ecology and ineology**. And not only material but moral values are really included into our life. UM estimates the conscious spiritual orientation of peoples actions, including the production of financial values, selection of a main, spiritual orientation outgoing from Man into the World. _____________________ ** ineology (or eniology) – science about Human, his role in the World and Universe development.
The new qustions of UM Criterion 1. Leadership. In addition to all recommendations of this criterion aimed for leaders, the following must be demonstrated: have the leaders assumed responsibility for reaching planetary strategic objectives? Were they conscious in their assuming responsibility? What is the role of leaders in promotion of planetary strategic tasks among all interested segments of society (personnel, customers, partners, shareholders, investors, inhabitants etc.)? How do the leaders involve personnel in the process of spiritual improvement? How do the leaders make personnel interested with the aim of disclosing creative potential of everybody? Is the importance of planetary strategic objectives reflected in the mission and vision, and what is the role of leaders in this matter? How do the leaders direct personnel at working out the value system, how do the leaders provide for correspondence of value system to non-material needs of every worker, every member of society?
Criterion 2. Policy and strategy. In addition to all that was previously recommended to demonstrate in this criterion, its necessary to throw limelight on an enterprise policy and its capabilities to make an enterprise reach the outlined strategic planetary objectives. It is necessary that strategy of an enterprise and reflection of tactical objectives (tasks) corresponding to planetary strategic objectives should be demonstrated.
Criterion 3. Personnel. In addition to all that was previously recommended to demonstrate in this criterion, its necessary to throw limelight on approaches to involvement of personnel in activity of improvement of their personal spiritual potential, on approaches to providing possibilities of training and self-perfection of those working by non- traditional spiritual * programs, development of consciousness of every employee.* _______________________ * Spirituality does not obligatorily means confession, - this is knowledge and realization of the role of a personality in the process of the Universe **. *
Criterion 4. Partnership and resources. In addition to all that was previously recommended to demonstrate in this criterion, its necessary to throw limelight on approaches to involvement of partners in solution of planetary strategic tasks, on approaches to perfection of production processes and resources oriented to planetary strategic tasks.
Criterion 5. Processes. In addition to all that was previously recommended to demonstrate in this criterion, its necessary to throw limelight on orientation of processes to solution of planetary strategic tasks. Most of attention in this criterion should be paid to the processes of spiritual development of personnel and society.
Criterion 6. The results concerning consumers. In addition to all that was previously recommended to demonstrate in this criterion, its necessary to throw limelight on satisfaction of consumers by the actions of the enterprise aimed at reaching planetary strategic objectives, as well as to adduce arguments of such actions.
Criterion 7. The results concerning personnel. In addition to previous recommendations, its necessary to throw limelight on satisfaction of every employee by the actions of the enterprise directed to development of spirituality and intellect, as well as to adduce arguments of such actions.
Criterion 8. The results concerning society. In addition to previous recommendations, its necessary to throw limelight on satisfaction of the remaining segments of society, not embraced by notions consumer, partner, and personnel, by the actions of an enterprise in the context of solution of three main strategic objectives.
Criterion 9. Business results. Here, in addition to the activities known before, economic (financial) data on efficiency of investments into environmental protection and spiritual development in all segments of the parties concerned shall be adduced.
Criterion 10. Ecology and ineology. Here to show results and facts about achievement harmony in environment and results of self-impruvement.
Main If the leader doesn't expect or doesn't receive spiritual quotient but leaves the loyalty to the material vector and square approaches, because of harmony absence in the enterprise managed by him or his family, the state misbalance takes place and everything is destroyed. Frequency space rhythms help in discovered knowledge improvement. Theres a possibility to stop the catastrophic planet collapse, but efforts of everybody, all people of good and strong will are needed.

The named recommendations were tested in the construction of the management systems of the best enterprises of Ukraine. Some approaches were used in years in OAO Institute transport of oil (Kiev), becoming finalist in 1998 and winner in 1999 of Ukrainian national competition Model of perfection of EFQM. In years some approaches were applied in AOZT Agro- Soyuz (village Maiskoe, Dnepropetrovsk region) It became a laureate in 2001 and winner of Ukrainian national competition in And it was also the winner of the European reward on the same model in 2002 and 2003 years.
