8 Big - bigger – the biggest Большой – больше – самый большой

9 У прилагательных, состоящих из 1-2 слогов, степени сравнения образуются при помощи прибавления суффиксов: -er в сравнительной степени, -est в превосходной степени. Long – longer - the longest Lazy –lazier- the laziest

10 Beautiful - more beautiful - the most beautiful красивая - красивее - самая красивая

11 У многосложных прилагательных степени сравнения образуются при помощи прибавления дополнительных слов: more (более) в сравнительной степени, most (самый, наиболее) в превосходной степени Dangerous –more dangerous- the most dangerous

12 Но есть в английском языке прилагательные, у которых степени сравнения образуются не по правилам, а именно путём изменения корня. К ним относятся следующие прилагательные: little- less- the least, good-better- the best, bad-worse- the worst, many (much)-more-the most. Их необходимо выучить наизусть!
