1.Preventive diplomacy is used to stop conflict before it arises to armed stage. 2.Peacekeeping – means the tools that directed to cease fire. 3.Peacemaking – means procedures for organizing negotiations btw conflicting states from the third state side. 4.Peacebuilding – means an active involvement of he 3 rd state to the post conflict regulation.
Info for thinking English diplomat Robert Cooper wrote that most of the modern big states do not strive for concurrence. Gaining of new territories not important anymore, and uniting of new nations for most of states would become a nightmare. Do you agree with this statement? Is it mean that in XXI c states wont struggle for territory?
