Cristina's performance has a resounding success, instantly turning it into a new opera star. A friend of her childhood comes to congratulate the girl, who feels warm feelings towards her. The performance of "Triumphant Don Juan" is held at full notice. According to the scenario, Don Juan should appear to the masked lover. Right behind the scenes, the Ghost kills the actor who played Don Juan and takes his place. In fact, he wrote this aria for himself. No one except Christina will recognize in the Don Juan Ghost when he brilliantly performs his party, but when he concludes Christina in the arms at the end of the song, she tears off his mask, revealing a terrible, mutilated face.
