Rule 6. It isn't recommended as to read or watch TV: when the attention is concentrated on something another, instead of on meal process, its quantity increases. After all the feeling of saturation appears only minutes later after food.
Rule 7. It is recommended not to drink during food and right after meal: necessary interval – half an hour.
But the most basic rule of healthy and useful food, in my opinion, consists in affording everything what is wanted but gradually. Then even harmful and high-calorific products and dishes, won't do harm to health and will allow to keep a slim figure. The most important is not only to pass to the healthy and balanced nutrition, but also to make it norm, instead of the short-term phenomenon.
