AETHETIC PARADIGM AS THE SYSTEM OF CATEGORIES: PRINCIPLES AND METHODS OF ANALYSIS OF A LITERARY FACT Natalia Zelyanskaya, Ph.D. Konstantin Belousov, D.Sc. Orenburg State University, Russia

DESCRIPTION OF THE EXPERIMENT The experiment was held among philologists who specialize in the Russian literature. The informants were asked to assess images from ten pieces of Russian classics according to several categories, widely used in literary critics, theory and history of literature. The assessment procedure is to fill in the chart, where the names of the authors were given in the columns of the first line (across); the categories were presented in the lines of the first column (down). The assessment scale varied from 0 (absence of the feature) to 100 (the complete manifestation of the feature).

The informants were presented the following authors to assess A. Block, F. Dostoevsky, S. Esenin, V. Mayakovski, V. Nabokov, N. Necrasov, A. Pushkin, L. Tolstoy, N. Chernyshevsky, V. Shukshin.

The categories for assessments (all in all – 62) 1. The personality and the life of the author (the components of the image of the author, which can be used to establish the biographical text): the correspondence to the image of the ideal creator; to what extent the biography of the author correspond to the canons of the Poets biography; moral standard of the author; tragic nature of the authors biography.

2. The image of the author in the text (authors features which can be deduced from the text): to what extent the author and their characters are alike; how much is the authors attitude serious to the imagined world; how much is the author ironical to the imagined world; the didactic degree of the fiction text; paradoxes in the authors works; epatage feature of the authors works; conformism in the authors works.

3. The authors facility (the realization of authors skills): the degree of the authors talent; the number of the unsuccessful works, images and others; technical skills in the fiction works. 4. The authors place in culture (these are categories, determining the position of the author on the axes of culture, including its historical and territorial changeability): the role of the author for the national culture; the importance of the authors works for the world culture; the topicality of the authors works for the contemporaries; necessity to include a piece of fiction into the academic curriculum; the degree of the citation in everyday life and in cultural lifer; Zeitgeist in the authors woks; the level of tradition in the authors works; novelty level.

5. Relations with a reader (the survey of the dialogue with a reader): being understood by the reader; popular orientation of the fiction texts; emotional impact of the authors works. 6. The particularities of the fiction methods and the structure of the fiction text: (peculiarities, determining the structure of the text): genre feature of the works; thematic variety of the works; intertextual component; expressive component; the characters degree of freedom from the author; typically of characters; realistic component of works; integrity of the authors fiction world; awareness of the authors literary game; subtext component in the text; deliberate usage of the stereotypes in the authors works; the density of characters in the texts; factographic character of the fiction world; schematic feature of characters in the fiction world; psychological feature of characters of the fiction world; the eminence of formal aspects in the fiction text; the importance of the conceptual aspects in the fiction text.

7. Conceptual space of fiction texts (the element of conceptual field of fiction texts): intellectual level of fiction texts; folklore substratum of fiction texts, metaphysical feature of the fiction world; the character and their tragic opposition to the world; lyrical component in the fiction texts;epic component in the fiction texts; the importance of the notion of ugliness for the fiction world; the importance of the category beauty for the fiction world; rational component of the fiction world; irrational component of the fiction world; the masculine outset in the fiction text; the feminine outset in the fiction text; static feature of the fiction world; dynamic feature of the fiction world; the imagined component in the fiction texts; the disruptive direction of art; creative direction of art. 8. Personal subjective attitude (categories, responsible for the creation of the value system of the recipient): the outlook agreement between the author and the reader; how often you reread the works of this author; how much you like the authors works.

The research objective is to reveal links, interdependent connections and structures, which form the above- mentioned categories in the perceptive space of the given social layer using statistical methods. The research objective is to reveal links, interdependent connections and structures, which form the above- mentioned categories in the perceptive space of the given social layer using statistical methods.

RESULTS OF THE EXPERIMENT: ALGORITHM OF THE STATISTICAL ANALYSIS 1) with a help of specialized computer program Statistika for every table of informants responses the matrix of correlation (by Pirson) of all categories was constructed; 2) in every correlation table correlation factors were coded with symbols 0, 1 and -1. In case when the power of a link was insignificant (modulo less than 0, 7), the cell was given the meaning 0. When significant correlation (modulo equal or exceeding 0, 7) was positive the cell was given the meaning 1, when the link was negative the cell got the meaning -1. 3) the final correlation matrix was constructed. In each cell of the matrix encoded meanings of similar cells of all tables were summed up.

ANALYSIS OF THE RECONSTRUCTED RECEPTIVE SPACE We analyze the receptive field as the whole conceptual system, having its semantic and motivation mechanisms, determining the logics of the value and epistemological structures. The aim of the current report is the analysis of valence field of the most active group in the given conceptual system of categories – correspondence to the image of the ideal creator (the valence 22). CONCLUSION The analysis of the literary category correspondence to the image of the ideal creator showed its dominant capacity to form correlative link during the experiment; it also evince the existence of common epistemological system of values in the conceptual space of philologists. This is proven by correlations of the dominant with the majority of other categories. The categories of the semantic group personal subjective attitude and authors masterly skills play significant role in understanding the category the correspondence to the image of the ideal creator, because they have been completely absorbed by the valence field of the dominant category. At the dame time the subjective component is not on the forefront as this question shifts the field of its interpretation and is discussed in the framework of esthetics and also in the framework of traditions and laws of culture. The categories of the semantic field the authors place in culture have a vital interpretational significance for the category the correspondence to the image of the ideal creator. It is worth mentioning that the categories of this semantic block actively influence many categories of the valence field of dominant, it means that the category the correspondence to the image of the ideal author is connected with it directly and indirectly. Judging by all what was mentioned we can assume that the process of assessment of modern literary works will be the most complicated within the framework of epistemological system and system of values, because the most important and active categories, defining the structure of the informants conceptual field, will not be called for interpretation. The categories abstractness of the fiction world and beauty for the fiction world are very important to understand the authors ideal among philologists. Consequently, the other objectivity of the given social group is put forward as the laws of esthetics determine it.
