We think there are some sound reasons for living in Russia. Living in our country is nice. We like sunny days but there are rains sometimes. Along this we can also enjoy going to the cinema. But most of all there are litter. We think it is good when people have lots of clean-up projects. Russia is a country with lots of opportunities for people. Russia is rich in oil, coal, iron, gold, silver and other minerals. There are many shops and supermarkets. And we hope that our country can become better.

Moscow Moscow is the capital of Russia, its political and economic center. There are a lot of marvelous sights in Moscow. Today the Kremlin with Red Square is the centre of Moscow. Here Moscow began more than eight hundred years ago. The city has thousands of libraries, schools, kindergartens, hundreds of clubs and cinemas, theatres, museums and stadiums.

The Kremlin Its crenellated red brick walls and 20 towers were built at the end of the 15 th century. Of the most important towers, the Saviour (Spasskaya) Tower leading to Red Square was built in 1491 by Pietro Solario.

Also on the Red Square front is the St. Nicholas (Nikolskaya) Tower. The two other principal gate towers – the Trinity (Troitskaya) Tower and the Borovitskaya Tower. Around the central Cathedral Square (Sobornaya Ploshchad) are grouped three magnificent cathedrals. The white stone Cathedral of the Assumption (Uspensky Sobor). The third cathedral, the Archangel (Arkhangelsky). Just off the square stands the splendid, soaring white bell tower of Ivan the Great. At its foot is the enormous Tsar Bell (Tsar-Kolokol), cast in but never rung. Nearby is the Tsar Cannon (Tsar- Pushka).

St. Petersburg St. Petersburg is a city of magic beauty, a city of white night, broad straight avenues, green parks, countless bridges and canals. St. Petersburg reminds some visitors of Rome others of Paris, Vienna or Amsterdam. There are а lot of places to enjoy in S-P.. Among them the Kazan Cathedral, Newsy Avenue, the Summer Garden, the Hermitage, the Russian Museum, Palace Square, the Triumfal Arch, the Alexander Column, the Academy of Arts, the Smolny Convent, the Trinity Cathedral of Alexander Newsy Lavra, Decembrist Square the Bronze Horseman, the Field of Mars, the Church of Savior on the Spilt Blood, Alexander Pushkin Museum- Flat, the Spit of Vasiliyevsky Island, the Rostral Columns.

Russia has a long and magnificent traditions. Russian traditional give a sense of the past and beauty.
