Oilserv driver tried move away and stopped after get hit by the other car. o The incident was reported to Oilserv Base and Safety Officer was dispatched to the location, and the 3 rd Party pick-up owner informed to come to location o Safety Officer observed and interview people involved in the accident and come back to Oilserv base with CTS crews o 3 rd Party pick-up owner will have internal discussion with civilian car driver and will update Oilserv
