Living in the Age of Communication

Nowadays 21st century is often called the age of communication. I think that is true because the internet, cell phones and social networks occupy the biggest part of our time.

One to such things as cell phone and Skype, we have a chance to stay in touch even being separated by ocean and continents.

This, however, does not substitute the real communication. Because of the permanent usage of social network, we lost the skill of face-to-face communication.

All the benefits of the internet are crossed out by it's negative impact on our life

From my experience, I can say that I use o lot of different means of communication such as my cell phone, Facebook, Skype.

But this does not mean a real communication for me.

It is so much better to feel the person, to see his emotions and gestures, when talking face-to-face.

To sum this up I can only say that Internet and social networks have a whole bunch of benefits, but we need to only use it when necessary. Between real and virtual communication, always choose real!
