MY FUTURE PROFESSIONAL EXECUTED: YBRAIM S

A Cadastre is normally a parcel based and up-to-date land information system. It contains a record of interests in land (e.g. rights, restrictions and responsibilities). It usually includes a description of land parcels linked to other records describing the nature of the interests. The Cadastre often describes the value of the parcel and its improvements. The Cadastre enables sustainable development and environmental protection. The Land Cadastre encompasses such information as land resource capacity, land tenure, land ownership and different land uses. The cadastre may record different forms of land tenure such as ownership, leasehold, easements, mortgages and different types of common, communal and customary land tenure. My future profession is a surveyor. The surveyor may be responsible for: - cadastral surveying and mapping; - cadastral information recording; - land valuation; - land use planning; -management of both the graphic and textual cadastral data bases; - resolving land disputes; - custody and supply of cadastral information. It is very important to be a good cadastral specialist, as he decides what needs should be changed and how the changes can be made. Our course of study lasts four years, and then we will have final examinations.

In the field of land surveys, geodesy and cadastre (in collaboration with certified companies) - land surveys made in order to complete projects of various investments (infrastructure, constructions, developments, etc.); - cadastre and registration related works for buildings and lands, within city limits or outside; - land surveys for parcelling, dividing and allotting lands within city limits or outside; - amalgamations, joining of lands or parcels; - setting out of buildings, levels, and property limits; - topographic layout plans at the requested scale, in analytic and digital format; - drafting the cadastre documentations required for elaborating various types of documents;

Future Developments According to (Bennett, et al., 2011) new drivers impacting on the nature of role of future cadastres were discussed under the categories of political drivers, environmental drivers, technological drivers, and socio- economic. Globalisation, population urbanization, good governance, climate-change response, environmental management, 3D visualization/ analysis technologies, WSNs, standardization, and interoperability were found to be critical factors driving developments in the cadastral domain. Based on these drivers, six design elements of future cadastre emerged: Survey-Accurate Cadastres, Object- Oriented Cadastres, 3D/4D Cadastres (example presented in Figure 43), Real-Time Cadastres, Global Cadastres, and Organic Cadastres. Together, these elements provide a potential vision for the role and nature of future cadastres.
