DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCT We are creating a web site providing package tours for tour agents in our country. Web site will contain whole information needed for tourist to come and visit country: accommodation, transport, air tickets, entertainments, landmarks, restaurants & cafes, also places to live in jailoo and mountains. By visiting our web site tourists will be provided with all services from the beginning of their journey till the end of it. Tour agencies that are working in our country are providing tourists with common services as transport, accommodation, tickets and etc., but we are adding new features which is really need to be provided by tour agencies for the tourism in our country.

METHODOLOGY Goal of the project is to provide the Ministry of culture, information and tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic with the web application, which is able to provide full features needed for very good development of tourism in the country. Optimize the process of work of tour agencies in our country with own features of our product. Goal We hope that realizing this project will help to build the effective system for tour agencies and add innovations to services of tourism. Solved problems

RELEVANCE AND NOVELTY The main novelty which we will provide tourists using the web site is that they will able to find places to stay on the mountains. A lot of people are still leaving in the village near the mountains, having a lot of cattles, if tourists will stay there during their travel, they will do not have problems with accommodation and meal, our friendly people also can provide with transport if they have, so this is a really good opportunity to reduce your budget on traveling and save money for souvenirs)

Marketplace and customer needs For successful realising the project, we need to know the customer needs wants and demands. Since tourism considers everything: accommodation, transport, meal, entertainment, research on what tourists really want must be done first. The expectation of tourist and the realization must be similar in order to provide with what tourist want in own travel.

Case study By using case studies, we identified several things that must be considered to achieve good tourism strategy. (Best practice case studies in tourism - Ms. Helen Williams, H.
