НИКАХ (ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ БРАКА) Брак признается действительным лишь тогда, когда он совершен с соблюдением всех соответствующих обрядов и освящен именем Аллаха. Обряд может проводиться как в мечети, так и дома, и даже в отсутствие жениха с невестой – просто посылают двух свидетелей в знак согласия на проведение церемонии бракосочетания. Никах заключается в чтении Корана и молитвы, и завершается клятвами. Чтобы провести свадебный обряд не требуется приглашение духовенства, но в подавляющем большинстве случаев приглашается имам местной мечети.

Для развода необходимо три раза объявить о намерении развестись (произнести "Талак") в присутствии свидетелей. Перед тем, как объявить о новом браке, необходимо выдержать время (иддах). ОТЛИЧИТЕЛЬНЫЕ ЧЕРТЫ МУСУЛЬМАНСКОГО БРАКА Допустимость многожёнства. Отсутствие административных формальностей. Торжественная часть представлена исключительно застольем(но не обязательно ). Крайне желательно присутствие опекуна невесты – отца невесты, при его отсутствии – деда, дяди, брата. Присутствие отца невесты подразумевает его согласие на брак дочери.

Пусть Аллах благословит тебя и твой брак и сеет среди вас добро.

Прежде всего, умершего кладут на спину таким образом, чтобы ступни его ног были обращены в сторону Мекки. Шариат запрещает хоронить умершего в одежде. Он требует окутывать его саваном. Если умерший был состоятельным человеком, то его тело обязательно покрывают тремя кусками ткани. Материя должна соответствовать материальному достатку того, кого хоронят, - в знак уважения к нему. Запретом является - покрытие тела умершего мужчины шелковой тканью. Мусульман не принято хоронить в гробу. Особенность мусульманских кладбищ в том, что все могилы и надгробные памятники обращены фасадами в сторону Мекки. По традиции лишь мужчины провожают усопшего, а женщины навещают его на следующий день. ОБРЯД ПОГРЕБЕНИЯ
