2 The word BEATNIK has occurred from English «beat». They are primogenitors of all nonconformists. This movement appeared in the 50th in America. Many young people have lost parents in the war. That generation was named broken.

3 Beatniks representatives of anarchical movement of "the broken generation» of the western youth of the 50 60th years, rejecting traditional morals and the standard social values (mainly in the USA and Great Britain). They often broke the rules of elementary norms of a human life.
