Process of reforming of our education and Bologna process unite the identical purposes: Creation (создание) of the education systems, capable to help with construction of competitive (конкурентоспособный), hi-tech economy But at the same time problems which we and Europeans should resolve (решения) in education, essentially differ (по существу отличаются).
In the concentrated kind of the purpose, a problem and substantially the maintenance Bologna process are reflected in the well-known ten purposes: Acceptance (принятие) of system of comparable degrees (степени) Acceptance of the system based, in essence(сущность), on two basis cycles (циклы) – достепенного and послестепенного educations (the second cycle – reception (приём) of degree of the master and-or the doctor). Establishment (создание) of system of credits Mobility assistance (помощь) (reception of one higher education in two and more high schools) Assistance to the European cooperation (сотрудничество) in quality maintenance (обслуживание) (working out of comparable criteria and methodology)
Assistance to the European views in higher education Training (обучение)during all life. In Russia there are no organizational-legal obstacles (препятствия) for achievement (достижения) of this purpose (цель). Higher educational institutions and students Assistance to maintenance (обслуживание) of appeal of a zone of the European higher education, i.e. increase of appeal of high schools of Europe in scales of all planet Vigorous continuation (продолжение)(achievement of the purposes put by the Bolonsky declaration, with use of features of national education systems, cultures and languages).
There is a question – whether realization of the purposes of Bologna process in Russia promotes (способствует) positive modernization of our education
What for two levels are necessary? To begin work After the first level? To increase Student's mobility? To raise quality of preparation of the student by means of increase in terms of training at one year? Let's try to answer these questions. And ours, and the European experience show that bachelors practically are not claimed in practice.
As to mobility increase between Europe and Russia it is necessary to notice that 1) the jurisprudence on 99 % is a national product for national consumption; 2) this mobility still for a long time will be unilateral: from Russia to Europe – to us it is necessary?
