11 И что же мы выяснили? И что же мы выяснили? Только 13 человек из 83 опрошенных делают утреннюю зарядку каждый день. 39 из них занимаются спортом. Всего 28 человек предпринимают регулярные прогулки. 15 человек проводят всего лишь минут на свежем воздухе каждый день (дорога в школу и обратно). 19 человек проводят на свежем воздухе от 2 до 4 часов. В 83 семьях имеется 60 курильщиков. 56 человек пробовали курить. 9 человек курят сейчас. 60 человек ложатся спать в часов и позднее. 51 человек проводит 3-9 часов в день за компьютером. 29 человек смотрят телевизор 5-10 часов каждый день. 32 человека едят на ночь. Только 14 человек соблюдают диету.
