The actuality of the chosen topic is determined by the fact that in a growing market of building contracts and investment projects in the construction industry in Russia interaction of subjects of civil law becomes active and, as a consequence, a growing number of disputes arise between the parties to these relationships. These disputes are very different, but most of them are those on the quality, volume and cost of construction works. The company's losses are calculated by large sums in such cases; in this connection for the effective resolution of the dispute the need for use of a special instrument under applicable law, and namely the judicial construction and technical expertise arises.
