Importance Food allergy is a growing public health concern. As many as 300 million people have food allergies. An estimated 4% of adults have food allergies. Nearly 8% of children have food allergies with young children affected most.

Importance According to a study released in 2015 by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, food allergies among children increased approximately 50% between 1997 and 2011 The CDC reported that food allergies result in more than 300,000 ambulatory-care visits a year among children under the age of 10.

background Only breast feeding till 6 month prevents possible sensitizing by food allergens, which is most significant for children of early age, due to features of food and immune systems of child

Object: To determine factors that influence manifestation of food allergy

Material and methods: Was conducted survey between 40 mothers who has children between 1 and 2 years and who have been in in-patient treatment in the allergology and pulmonology departments of the 1 st clinic TMA.

conclusion One of the main factors that influence to the manifestation of food allergy in children is irrational nutrition: Late put to breast Early switch to artificial or mix food Not following the time of including of artificial food Choosing of additional food without any recommendations.

conclusion The GPs main task is prevention of more spread childrens disease. Taking into account growth of allergic diseases among children, GP should at least learn how to prevent the food allergy. And agitation of breast feeding always is the main.
