However, some people say that exams are very exhausting way of testing knowledge for teachers and students. But others think that it is an efficient way to check a person's knowledge. In this essay I am going to consider some points for and against exams. Without a doubt, there are some major problems to consider. Firstly, exams can be hard for students as well as teachers. For example, it takes a lot of time to prepare for exams and pass them. And it is exhausting for teachers to check so much information. Secondly, exams are not really objective. Very often, the mark, which a student gets on the exam, doesn't correspond to the student's real knowledge. On the other hand, exams have some advantages. The main one is that exams are really efficient. They are rather easy to administer and mark. Students just have to follow some simple rules and everything is going to be well. Besides, exams are motivating. They help to systematize your knowledge. And exams are a nice way to to improve your self-discipline. To sup it all up, exams have many benefits and drawbacks. It is a rather suitable way to test a person's knowledge. But, in my opinion, we should make it easier for teachers and students.

They know for sure that their parents will pay and they will enter a university. Thus, there is no real motivation for them to study. About 20 years ago, when our parents studied at the institutes and universities, there was no such thing as paid education. High school pupils had to study well to be able to pass entrance exams. Otherwise there was no way they could enter higher education. The was this system works now – in future we will get scientists, doctors, teachers, lawers and economists who bought their degrees and are not specialists in their fields.
