Приглашение на конференцию Конференция проходила с 31 марта по 4 апреля 2009 г., но подготовка к ней началась с приглашения принять участие в ней в качестве модератора на форуме «Тестирование, оценивание и оценки» (TEA-Testing, Evaluation, Assessment). См. прил.1

Функции модератора Модератор – это организатор дискуссий на форуме, промоутер тем и вопросов для обсуждения. Он должен следить за программой конференции, смотреть видео, слушать аудио и прямые трансляции пленарных заседаний, презентации и доклады участников, отбирая выступления, представляющие интерес для посетителей его форума. Я поработала модератором 7 недель – нелегкая работа! (См. прил.2)

Приложение 2. Функции модераторов IATEFL Moderator Information 24th March 2009 Moderator roles Dear Moderators Just a brief message to say thanks you for all your hard work and effort so far. The forums seem to have got off to a really great start and I think this is very much thanks to you all. As we move nearer to the conference we are likely to see an increase in activity, many more users registering and a lot more starting to happen on other parts of the website. The increase in activity, should we hope make it easier for you to take a less active role and allow you to sit back and enjoy listening to the conversations going on around you. Some key points as the threads get longer and more people get involved are: Don't expect everyone to post an introduction. It's optional, but with many visitors getting involved in many forums, they just may not want to do this. Be sure to give time and space for visitors to the site to add and respond to questions, don't feel that you need to be the one to do this. Part of being a good conversationalist is knowing how to listen and giving people the space to speak. Visitors often feel that once the moderator has spoken the conversation is closed. By all means feed in new topics and try to keep them focussed on the theme of your forum. It's much easier for a new visitor to post to a new topic than have to read through the older ones as they do tend to get quite long and often after a while it's all been said, so a steady flow of new topics will really help new people to get involved. Регистрация на конференции По статистике в конференции участвовало 1,5 тыс. приехавших участников и 24 тыс. виртуальных (online) из 62 стран мира. Я была виртуальным модератором, и, по условиям приглашения, должна была проводить в интернете 1-2 часа ежедневно в течение 5 недель минимально. Первый выход online состоялся при регистрации, научилась быстро выходить в эфир. Это было непросто. (См. прил.3)

We have been working hard to ensure that when you register, the site is in as perfect a condition as we can make it and ironing out bugs can take time. We realise that there has been a lot of information circulating on various lists. This has we know been well intentioned but a little premature. Как пользоваться сайтом Чтобы найти нужный материал на сайте, нужно открыть программу, затем обзор индексов (см.прил.5), вверху выберите рубрику сессии или форумы, выберите день конференции – среда, четверг, пятница или субботу(см.прил.6) и наслаждайтесь!Чтобы участвовать в откликах и дискуссиях, необходимо по инструкции открыть новый аккаунт ( через ваш эл.адрес).

Горячие дискуссии продолжаются Обратите внимание на последние дискуссии, продолжающиеся по сей день – это тестирование (целесообразность, разные стандарты, разнообразие форматов, самооценка уч-ся, тестирование в начальной школе), поэзия как путь к чтению, как сделать видео на уроке, использование видео в учебном процессе. (См. прил.6)

Форумы-секции На конференции работали 16 секций-форумов. Мое внимание привлекли секции англ.яз. для младшей и средней ступени средней школы, страноведения, обучения модерированию, тестирования и оценки, но времени не было много путешествовать по другим форумам. Приходилось много читать, выискивая интересные материалы для форума тестирования. (См. прил.7)

Темы и вопросы на форуме тестирования Кого тестировать, зачем, в каком формате, какие навыки, когда, сколько раз, в каком объеме, объективность, надежность, свобода выбора формы тестирования, стрессы во время тестирования (альтернативное тестирование), в какой стране должен быть центр тестирования, шкала и система оценок – вот основные вопросы, обсуждаемые на форуме. (См. прил.8,9,10)

Мои предложения Я поделилась опытом работы с поэзией на уроках, рассказала, что наша система образования переживает реформу и сейчас идет экспериментальная проверка системы тестирования для выпускников школы, приняла участие в дебатах на сайте модераторов, где выступила с предложением пригласить на следующую конференцию наших учеников - их голос, мнение необходимо слышать именно здесь, где обсуждаются новые учебники, новые методы обучения и цифровые технологии в образовании. (См. прил.11)

Что особенно интересного было на конференции Интернациональная команда CardiffOnline. Марк Пренский,талантливый педагог, работающий с меленькими детьми. Ник Пичи,щедрый автор множества образовательных ресурсов, основанных на цифровых технологиях(советую подписаться!). (См. прил.12,13)

Что актуально Очень интересная презентация была об интерактивных досках (см. прил. 14) – IWB (interactive whiteboard). Пусть она вдохновит вас на подвиг! (Из книги Б.Кауфман «Вверх по лестнице, ведущей вниз»).
