Hometown... does Everyone understand what he is talking about and what is meant by saying this short phrase? Thinking everyone about what is meant by it? No, not everyone. But hometown is not simply an ordinary name of the place of birth, is something more special, something that you believe, what you admire, respect and honor.
Among other big cities of the world my native town is very small and it is rather difficult to find it on the map, but it has a great meaning for me because it is the place where I was born, where Ive got my first impressions of life, its beauties and sorrows.
Hometown, whatever it was dusty and gray, beautiful and pure, business and thriving, remains in the memory of the best and favorite place.
We were born in a small provincial town in the heart of Russia. It has a long and great history for as it often happens small towns always get the strongest blows during the wars. Some centuries ago the town was ruined and most of its inhabitants were killed, but later it was reconstructed and started a new life.
In spite of all the misfortunes several very old houses in its centre and a beautiful ancient wooden church have been kept. It was rather difficult, because many churches were destroyed during the past 20th century.
The town is very beautiful. With the time town improved.
Now here are built a lot of important buildings for the people, Schools, shops, cinemas, parks. Our native town hed grown in green and modern place. In the center of the city there is the local square.
The names of streets, squares and public gardens are sealed event, the atmosphere of past life, the history of the city.
