2 Для чего пересматривать принятый учет аренды? Принятый на сегодняшний день учет не устраивает по следующим причинам: –Бухучет зависит от классификации лизинга либо в качестве операционного либо в качестве финансового –Контрактные права (contractual rights and obligations) – как активы, так и обязательства – не попадают в баланс –При расчете финансовых коэффициентов инвест. компаниями и при оценке оценщиками учет аренды корректируется для приведения «к общему знаменателю» Сложность стандарта –Разграничение операционной и финансовой аренды – не бесспорно, является суждением кого-то (arbitrary) 2
